• Attempt to bypass or exploit the Service's authentication or security measures.
• Violate any applicable financial regulations or property law standards.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its brand, algorithms, user interfaces, and proprietary intelligence engine are and will remain the exclusive property of PropIQ and its licensors. You retain 100% ownership of your individual property and financial portfolio records.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PropIQ provides deterministic mathematical calculations and portfolio analysis based on user-entered ledger records. While designed to emulate chartered financial analysis, calculations do not constitute formal legal or tax advice. In no event shall PropIQ be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
